You have to want to lose weight in the first place (I told you it would seem obvious!!).

OK, what this really means is, you have to put in the commitment and really, desire the results that fast weight loss will bring you. Commitment is the key… You have to want to make change.

This will almost certainly mean learning new eating and lifestyle habits not just while you are on your diet, but permanent change, for life! The one thing you don’t want happen is to lose weight, and for it to come back again with a vengeance!

If you have read my report – The Secret Of Slim you will already know how easy it is to stop the weight from returning with the simple steps I out lined for you. But for those yet to read my report, let’s briefly cover some of the points here:

  • Find effective ways of boosting your metabolism. Start drinking more water than you are. Drink a glass of water before and after a meal. It sounds a bit crazy, but drinking water will prevent your body from storing fluid because you’ve not been hydrating properly.
  • If you want a healthy life and to fast weight loss, exercise is vital. It doesn’t need to be a hard slog… Just taking the dog for a walk or walking to the store counts!
  • Get plenty of sleep. I recommend at least 8 hours per night and please have your last meal 3 hours before you go to bed! If you don’t get enough sleep your body assumes this to being at energy deficit and makes you hungry when you wake up. This is why sleep is a vital component for fast weight loss.

Follow these simple rules and you’ll start to burn calories, which is exactly what you want!
